1. How to Add a FAQ Module

How to Add a FAQ Module

This tutorial will teach you on how to add a new FAQ Module in your site.
Note: You should already know how to add new pages and articles.

1. Create 2 published page
   • 1 for the FAQ List
   • 1 for the FAQ Reader - check "Hide page from navigation"
2. Create FAQ Category
   • a. Content > FAQ > New category
   • b. Enter title & title
   • c. In Jump to page, select the FAQ Reader page you created earlier
   • d. Save and Edit / Save and Go Back
     • Add FAQ Q&A
       • a. Content > FAQ > Edit category > New question
       • b. Enter Question & Answer
       • c. Check Publish
       • d. Save and Close
       • e. repeat 3a - 3d as necessary
     • Create the FAQ List Module
       • a. Layout > Modules > Add module
       • b. Enter name of module
       • c. Select Module type > FAQ List
       • d. Select the FAQ category
       • e. Save and Close
     • Create the FAQ Reader Module
       • a. Layout > Modules > Add module
       • b. Enter name of module
       • c. Select Module type > FAQ Reader
       • d. Select the FAQ category
       • e. Save and Close
     • Display FAQ list
       • a. Content > Articles > New Article >
       • b. Enter title, check publish then Save and Close
       • c. Content > Articles > Edit Article of the FAQ List Page
       • d. New element
       • e. Select Element type > Module > FAQ List
       • f. Save and Close
     • Display FAQ reader
       • a. Content > Articles > New Article >
       • b. Enter title, check publish then Save and Close
       • c. Content > Articles > Edit Article of the FAQ Reader Page
       • d. New element
       • e. Select Element type > Module > FAQ reader
       • f. Save and Close
     • Preview
