Yes, the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) under which TYPOlight has been licensed since version 2.5 allows to use the CMS for commercial projects. Please note that the copyright notices inside the TYPOlight files as well as in the website source must not be altered or removed according to the license terms. If you should need exactly that, you might want to consider a commercial license.
