TYPOlight community

I remember that in April 2006 - about one month after TYPOlight had been released - there were about 10 registered users in the forum. It is amazing to see how far the project has come in the last years. Today there are about 2,200 users in the forum having created more than 42,000 posts and although I know that we are still a small community, I am tremendously proud of this trend!

TYPOlight team

In April 2008, the official TYPOlight team has been built to push the development of the project and its community and take care of various tasks concerning TYPOlight. There is a lot to do, so we are constantly looking for volunteers who have experience with TYPOlight and want to help us.

TYPOlight logo contest

In March 2008, we announced a public competition to design the official TYPOlight logo. Congratulations to Clemens Hackl from London, whos logo stood up to the more than 130 competitors that have been submitted by designers from basically all over the world.

User meeting 2008

The first official TYPOlight user meeting took place in Wuerzburg, Germany, on April 19th, 2008. Thanks a lot to Stefan Preiss for organizing this wonderful event. 23 developers and users joined in this weekend to discuss TYPOlight and the future of the project.
